1st day Milan – Florence
8.30 Departure by train from Milano Centrale Railway station to Florence.
Arrival in Florence at 10.39

14.15 Visit of Florence: the Uffizi Gallery, Tombs of Galileo, Michelangelo, Machiavelli... 
Departure by bus for a brief excursion to Fiesole, lovely Etruscan town whose origins date back to the Etruscans. The town is on the hills that overlook Florence and the Arno valley. Proceed then towards the historical centre of Florence for a visit to the Franciscan Church of Santa Croce. Here you will have the opportunity to discover the tombs of Michelangelo, Machiavelli, Galileo and Rossini among others. A short walk through the historic streets of the heart of Florence brings you to the famous Piazza Signoria, where you can admire the imposing Palazzo Vecchio (exterior) and the beautiful Loggia del Lanzi. The tour continues with a guided tour of the famous Galleria degli Uffizi* where you can admire the superb paintings of Botticelli, Michelangelo, Leonardo da Vinci, Raffaello, Giotto, Cimabue, Masaccio. End of the Tour inside the museum. End of the tour around 17.30

2nd day: Florence – Siena

8.45 Excursion to Siena and San Gimignano
An extremely interesting excursion through the countryside of the Chianti area among delightful hills, with an ever-changing scenery of vineyards and olive trees. A visit to San Gimignano (free), a tiny city that has remained intact through the centuries; the city is situated on top of a hill and is famous for its numerous towers, frescoes and other art treasures. On arrival in Siena, free time for lunch (not included). Then follows a guided visit of this magnificent mediaeval city. It is possible to admire interior of the Cathedral, with the Piccolomini Library, the Opera Metropolitana Museum. The tour proceed to Piazza del Campo, one of the most beautiful squares in Europe, the Town Hall (outside).During the return journey, along the way it is possible to admire the old mediaeval village of Monteriggioni enclosed by its famous walls, still intact. Return in Florence by 18.00

3rd day: Florence –Venice

14.55 City sightseeing by gondola and on foot
Walking through the typical narrow streets of Venice, you will cross the Grand Canal by gondola reaching the Gothic Church of the Frari (paintings and sculptures by Bellini, Tiziano, Tintoretto and Canova). After the visit the tour will continue by gondola, streaming down the inner canals and the Grand Canal towards Rialto where the tour ends around 17.30
