At 10.00am departure from your hotel in Rome and after 45 minutes arrive at the town of Frascati, the “City of Wine”.
Transfer and Welcome at the Farmhouse, which is a sort of Frascati Wine Museum! – Farmhouse Tour of the Vineyard and the Old Cellar (sort of Frascati Wine Museum, no modern wine making here) with the family’s winemaker, to talk about the local wine traditions and compare historic and modern wine making
A guided and served Wine Tasting of three awarded Wines (Frascati White Superior, Vagnolo IGT Red, Frascati DOC white) plus Extra Virgin Olive Oil paired with the Frascati traditional products. The above wine tasting is made along with the Lunch at the Farmhouse with private Chef, made with appetizers of selected local meats and fresh and aged cheeses and pate maison, First course of homemade Roman Pasta, Second course tasting of maialino porchettato of the chef, Artisanal Frascati sweets, espresso coffee, lunch with our Chef.
